About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team at the Structural Engineering Alliance Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing structural engineering projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement structural engineering designs using the latest software and tools.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to discuss design and technical solutions.
  • Ensure projects are properly resourced and delegated to team members, with clear deliverables and progress monitoring.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of design tools within a BIM environment.
  • Knowledge of industry design standards, such as DMRB, Manual for Streets, and NJUG SSG.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to offer creative solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of CDM regulations and British standards.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
