Supply Chain Inventory Specialist

Company Overview:

CRC Evans is a leader in coating and welding services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Inventory Specialist to join our team.

This role will play a critical part in the development of robust systems for inventory control and efficient processing (sales orders, work orders, cycle counts, etc). The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with the wider supply chain & project teams to maximize efficiency of stock movements within the warehouse area and to feed global project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain all SKU related master data.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive process changes.
  3. Analyze inventory changes and provide recommendations to achieve stock targets, reduce overstocks, and improve inventory days.
  4. Liaise with stakeholders to communicate inventory performance and propose strategies to optimize inventory levels.
  5. Develop and implement reporting tools to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
