About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial function, you will be responsible for championing process improvements and implementing standardised processes across the business.

You will work closely with project teams to assess and deploy future-state solutions, ensuring successful transitions to new ways of working. Your excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and resolve issues promptly, while your strong communication and collaboration skills will allow you to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on significant transformation projects with high-level change impacts, leveraging your expertise in business process knowledge and system implementation. • Communicate effectively with impacted colleagues, champion changes, and provide insight into impacted audiences.
  • Work closely with project teams, utilising your understanding of existing systems, processes, and tools to assess and deploy future-state solutions.
  • Participate in SAP project activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), attend workshops, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support.
  • Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), actively contributing or leading discussions using your knowledge of existing processes, data, or systems.
  • Support business data activities, including data cleansing and validation of training materials.

Requirements

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent understanding of your department/function, processes, data, systems, and people.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with system implementations or upgrades.
