Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Hays Accountancy & Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing, developing, and analysing financial information to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Part-qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA with strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary between £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
