Job Title: Management Accountant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Hays Accountancy & Finance. As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing, developing, and analyzing financial information to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Requirements:
- Part-qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA with strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
