About the Role

The School Nurse Specialist - Academic Support will work with students, teachers, and parents to promote academic achievement and overall well-being.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced school nurse to join our team at Marlborough. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience working with students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with students to identify and address any health concerns that may be impacting their academic performance
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop strategies to support student well-being
  • Provide health education and support to students and their families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in nursing and registration with the NMC
  • Experience working with students and delivering health education programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £38,000-£50,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and training, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and a generous holiday entitlement.
