Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher looking to make a positive impact on the lives of students with complex needs? Do you have a strong understanding of teaching, learning, assessment, and positive behaviour management strategies?
We are seeking an experienced and energetic SEN Teacher to join our team at Career Teachers. As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to students with social, emotional, behavioural and medical difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students with complex needs
Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the unique needs of each student
Collaborate with a wider team of professionals to ensure our pupils thrive, have fun and maximise their potential
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised overseas teaching certificate
Experience working with students with SEND within a mainstream or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) setting is desirable, however ECTs are welcomed to apply
Flexible and hard-working nature
Existing DBS check on the update service
