Burger King Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Burger King team in Thame, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant in the absence of the Manager
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Prepare and serve food to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor and inventory
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth
