The Package -

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities -

  • Responsible for the management of order fulfillment, ensuring quality is a priority.
  • Ensuring maximum warehouse efficiency by daily planning of operations, delegating appropriately and maintaining high standards across the warehouse.
  • Leading and developing the warehouse team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Championing health and safety amongst the team, keeping accidents to a minimum.
  • Ensuring company procedures are being followed.
  • Stock management and overseeing the coming and going of products efficiently.

Warehouse Manager Requirements -

  • 3 years + experience within a warehouse management role.
  • Confident working on warehouse management software.
  • Excellent awareness of health and safety.
  • FLT license.
  • First aid & fire marshal training would be beneficial but not essential.
