Reliability Engineer Opportunity
Blackfield Associates is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join their Production Engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for improving equipment performance, reducing downtime, and increasing operational efficiency.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Reliability Engineer to work closely with production, projects, facilities, and engineering teams to drive operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in developing and sustaining a world-class reliability program aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing reliability improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance.
  2. Conducting root cause analyses to reduce losses and enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Performing asset analyses (MTBF, MTTR, OEE, TEEP) to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Guiding teams in reliability risk assessments, including FMEA, RCA, and TPM.
  5. Providing training in diagnostic troubleshooting, predictive technologies, and modern maintenance strategies.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a degree in engineering or a related discipline, with experience in reliability engineering practices. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, as well as familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methods and awareness of health, safety, and quality management systems.

Salaries and Benefits
