Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Activity Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building friendships with our residents, delivering high-quality personal and psychological care, and maintaining good communication levels with our Manager, Senior Care Assistants, Chef, and relatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver activities that promote social interaction and engagement among residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with other services in the facility to create a monthly planner.
  • Encourage resident participation in activities and document outcomes.
  • Provide support to staff members as needed.
