Part Time Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing weekly wages, managing the sales ledger, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly wages for factory staff
  • Manage the sales ledger by checking supplier invoices against orders and inputting them into the Sage system
  • Reconcile petty cash weekly
  • Keep the stationary stocked and maintain clock cards
  • Update the holiday spreadsheet regularly
  • Provide cover for holidays when necessary
Requirements:
  • Admin/Accounts experience
  • Happy to work in a small team of 2 in the office
  • Knowledge of SAGE Accounts & Payroll System
