We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Development Lead to spearhead our new homes project in London and the South East.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire development process, from pre-construction to handover, ensuring that the project meets its targets for quality, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective development strategies
  • Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to deliver the project on time
  • Managing material levels and minimizing stock holding
  • Ensuring that all plots are constructed to the highest standards of quality
  • Conducting regular quality control inspections and procedures
  • Controlling production costs and approving contractor payments
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior Site Manager
  • Proven track record in residential contracting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Certifications in CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and Scaffold Inspection
  • Experience working with RC Frame structures
