Our Team

We are located in the heart of our city centre in our brand new, state of the art office. As our business continues to grow, we are recruiting for a talented Data Matching Clerk to join our growing team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Matching Clerk to reconcile supplier data received primarily pertaining to Customs Data/EANs to ensure we are able to inbound our full stock range. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products have a relevant customs data, typically provided by supplier, and confirming data is valid and accurate using online/internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure EAN data is acquired and processed to allow bookings to be made at the earliest opportunity.
  • Data to be input accurately on all internal databases.
  • Provide cover support within the team when required, including enrichment, product admin, and website maintenance.
  • Ad hoc tasks depending on business needs.

Requirements

Strong experience using Microsoft Excel is essential for this role.
