Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Audio Ad Insertion Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the product delivery lifecycle for AIS projects, prioritizing and documenting projects, and collaborating with engineering leads to drive the development of new features and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering leads to oversee the product delivery lifecycle for AIS projects, ensuring consistency and quality across the board.
  • Strategic Development: Drive the development of new features and capabilities to stay ahead of market demands, leveraging your expertise in audio ad insertion technologies and methodologies.
  • Ad Performance Optimization: Ensure robust analytics and reporting mechanisms are in place to track performance and outcomes, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Lifecycle Management: Be directly involved in all aspects of the ad insertion lifecycle, from the formation of ad requests to the final delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Deep understanding of audio ad insertion technologies and methodologies, including both server-side and client-side ad insertion.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of working directly with engineering leads to understand and influence technical implementations.
