ABR Talent is a specialist recruitment partner supporting start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses, with 'growth engine' roles such as Customer Success, Sales, Account Management and Support.
The OpportunityWe are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team and help us deliver successful customer outcomes. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will work closely with our clients to create, implement, execute and assess business-wide employee surveys. Your goal will be to use the insight gathered to work towards client objectives and grow the relationship.
Key Responsibilities- Work with clients to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer success initiatives.
- Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success.
- Previous experience in a customer success role, working with large enterprise clients.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business.
- Data savvy and able to tell a story to create value.
- Strong organisational skills, experience in project management would transfer well.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- A people person - not only will you work with clients, but internal stakeholders across all departments.
- Upbeat and high energy, you'll be a critical part of the team dynamic.
- Experience of working within a HR-Tech solution and/or with HR decision makers.
- A base salary up to £30k.
- 25 Days Annual leave plus bank holidays.
