Graduate Teaching Fellow

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a graduate teaching fellow. This role involves providing academic support to students in a specific subject area, and is ideal for recent graduates from a Red Brick University who are looking to launch their career in education.

This role is based in Kingston upon Thames, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with students on a 1:1 basis and lead group sessions to help close the achievement gap for those who need it most.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic support to students in a specific subject area
  • Work with students on a 1:1 basis and lead group sessions
  • Help close the achievement gap for students who need it most
  • Support students to achieve their potential

Requirements:
  • Hold at least an Upper Second-Class degree in a relevant subject from a Red Brick University
  • Impressive GCSEs and A-Levels (A-A*)
  • Support disciplines include Maths, Science, English, Humanities, Modern Languages
  • Previous child-centered experience in an educational setting
