About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at the Secret Intelligence Service. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us stay ahead of the curve by evolving our business processes and delivering impact at the heart of national security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities, and work with them to develop and implement solutions.
  • Use modeling techniques to structure and understand data, and convert it into valuable information to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct impact analysis, drawing together themes, making recommendations, and defining criteria for the success of a product or programme.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical experts, and other stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in defining and shaping problems, working with stakeholders to meet customer needs, and delivering solutions that meet business objectives.

You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex matters succinctly and influence people at all levels.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £53,715-£59,351, dependent on location, skills, and experience, as well as a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, 10.5 days public and privilege holidays, and a pension scheme.
