Business Analyst Role at Recooty

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Recooty. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements, ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Configuration Specifications: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with our company goals.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance activities to ensure our products meet the required standards.
  • Reporting and Alerting: Develop and maintain reporting and alerting requirements to support business decision-making.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with partners, working together to optimize and enhance our integration.
  • System Process Development: Help design, document, and maintain system processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technical Issue Reporting: Identify and report common sources of technical issues or questions, providing recommendations to the product team.
  • Key Insights and Findings: Communicate key insights and findings to the product team, driving business decisions and product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
  • Education: A degree in IT/Computer Science.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
  • Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • SQL Query Writing: Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
  • Documentation: Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
