About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our EMEA Delivery organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex change programmes for our customers, both internally and externally. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping the future of our organisation and driving business growth.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to elicit and document business outcomes and stakeholder needs. Your strong analytical skills and ability to lead and facilitate meetings and workshops will be essential in delivering high-quality BA deliverables.

As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of business portfolios, from new client onboarding to corporate transformation and regulatory change. Your ability to identify operational impacts and support operational readiness activities will be crucial in ensuring successful change implementation.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about driving business change and has a strong desire to support the continued growth of our BA Practice. About Your Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Experience operating in an analysis-based role with a full appreciation for BA techniques and frameworks;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including client-facing experience and working well with others at all levels;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proven champion of change and motivator of others;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to lead and take ownership;
  • Naturally curious with a desire to constantly improve the status quo;
  • Strong desire to support the continued growth of the BA Practice and the company's strategic goals.

Desired:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, or related area;
  • Relevant and industry-recognised BA qualifications;
  • Financial services experience, particularly within fund administration, asset management, wealth, or life and pensions;
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones;
  • Previous experience line managing or mentoring others.
