Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Social Worker to join their team on a locum basis for a 3-month contract. As a qualified Social Worker, you will work with adults in need of social care, providing assessments, care planning and support to promote their independence.

About the Role:

  • To establish an accurate understanding of the needs of social care customers and work creatively with them to identify solutions.
  • To provide an excellent assessment, care planning and Social Work service to all users in either a community or hospital setting.
  • To achieve positive outcomes and promote independence by taking a person-centred approach to social care provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and colleagues to deliver high-quality social care services.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify customer needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Promote customer independence through proactive and creative problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker
  • Enhanced DBS children's + adults is required
