Social Worker - Mental Health Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work within mental health, focusing on no recourse to public funds cases. You will work closely with the NRPF Team and be responsible for completing assessments of need, reviews, care and support plans etc.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can expect:

  • Up to 31 days leave per year, increasing to 36 days after five years of local government service

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An interest in mental health and social work
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults
  • Ability to engage with those whose English is not their first language in a trauma-informed approach
  • Social Work England/HCPC registration and qualifications check
