Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to drive business growth and increase client satisfaction
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market and complete contracts on properties
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area to identify new business opportunities
