Clinical Lead for Care Home in Northern Ireland

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team at Black Fox Solutions in Armagh. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Shadow the Nurse Manager and cover for the Nurse Manager when needed
- Develop and implement emergency response plans
- Train staff in emergency procedures and conduct drills regularly
- Lead the nursing team during emergencies and critical incidents
- Fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Valid NMC Pin
