About the Position

We are seeking a talented High-Value Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the Renewable Energy sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, particularly in the Renewable Energy or Oil & Gas sectors, with experience in building pipelines and preparing for high-value bids and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Renewable Energy market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deepen existing relationships and identify high-margin opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Contract Team to develop comprehensive service packages and secure new clients.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of £60-80k with uncapped commission (5%-40% on deals).
  • Bonuses: Milestone bonuses on revenue targets (100k, 200k, 500k) and annual performance.
  • First Year Earnings: Expected £100k+ OTE, with potential for £150k+ over time.
