Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Administrator to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our Bankruptcy Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the team, including preparation of standard documents and client reports.
- Take ownership of specific client workstreams, completing tasks and highlighting issues.
- Liaise with internal and external third parties via email and other communication channels.
- Develop an understanding of formal insolvency processes and compliance procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficient in dealing with a high volume of administrative work, demonstrating an ability to prioritise and deliver against tight timescales.
- Ability to produce high-quality and accurate work, focusing on attention to detail.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with confident approach.
- A positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Good numeracy, people, and written/oral communication skills.
- Must be a fast learner, enthusiastic, and willing to develop new skills.
- Relevant work experience in an office environment is preferred.
