  • Client Acquisition: Responsible for handling incoming referrals, guiding prospective clients through the process from initial contact to becoming loyal customers.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Presenting, negotiating, and quoting bespoke products to clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Tender Management: Complete client tenders ensuring all requirements are met and proposals are competitive.
  • Market Intelligence: Attend monthly target meetings with the Commercial Manager to review past performance against budget, set future budget target, and discuss market trends and buying behaviours.
  • Sustainability Expertise: Advise clients on sustainable packaging solutions that align with their environmental goals and the full lifecycle of their products.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in B2B account management specifically in a manufacturing and/or product sector as opposed to service.
  • Competence in using CRM's.
  • A proven track record in negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with both existing and new customers.
