About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Game Producer to join our team at Aristocrat Technologies. As a key member of our digital games division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality games to our global audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute game development projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and manage a team of producers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with game development, ensuring the project stays on track and meets quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, to ensure project goals are aligned and met.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of delivering games in live operations, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as game development, computer science, or business administration.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 and Scrum certification preferred.
