Job Description

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to optimize store routines, ensure the store is ready for customers, and achieve great sales results. Your main task will be to implement weekly campaigns, maintain a positive and high-energy environment, and train your colleagues in customer-first attitude, needs assessment, and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize store routines and ensure the store is ready for customers

  • Support the Store Manager in leading and coaching the team
  • Conduct routine tasks and lead by example by selling and working on the store floor
