Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team in Manchester. As a specialist construction cost engineering practice, we deliver expert services to clients across the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a collaborative team culture, promoting effective communication and knowledge-sharing.
  • Coach and mentor project team members to develop their professional and project delivery skills.
  • Adhere to business processes and policies, including time-sheeting and project management tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and product offerings.
Pre-Sales:
  • Engage with Sales to ensure timely and effective handover of client relationships.
  • Review Scope of Works and Requirements to ensure a consistent understanding of the project.
Implementation:
  • Align project teams and client stakeholders on project scope, goals, and implementation deliverables.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding scope, project progress, timeline, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain a project plan in agreed systems, including effort estimates and resource scheduling.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, including stakeholder management, risk, and issue management.
  • Ability to direct technical resources as one team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
