Commercial Surveyor Opportunity

Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled Commercial Surveyor to support our Construction projects.

About the Job

This position is based in Wimborne and offers a competitive salary of £57,500 - £67,500 + benefits.

As a Commercial Surveyor, you will work closely with project managers to achieve financial objectives, manage risks, and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management: Provide expert financial management and commercial support across Construction projects.
  2. Contract Administration: Administer contracts, ensuring timely payments and effective risk management.
  3. Scope Definition: Define project scopes, collaborating with sub-contractors and internal teams.
  4. Variation Management: Manage project variations, ensuring efficient financial forecasting and risk mitigation.
  5. Teamwork: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience in commercial surveying and construction project management.
  2. Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, or ICE membership desirable).
  3. Certification: Valid CSCS card.
  4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
