Senior Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Externals Site Manager to oversee key elements of a large-scale residential development in New Malden.
This exciting project involves 456 units spread across 5 blocks of high-rise RC Frame apartments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the externals package of the development, focusing on brickwork and window installations.
- Collaborate closely with a large site-based team, managing subcontractors and ensuring high standards of quality assurance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Externals Site Manager on large-scale, high-rise residential developments in London.
- Solid knowledge of quality assurance procedures.
- Familiarity with Asite or similar project management platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing site conditions.
Contract Details:
- 9-month contract starting ASAP.
- Day rate of £325 – £350, depending on experience.
