SHAPE Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at SHAPE, an organization that provides support to young women who have experienced abuse and marginalization. Our holistic approach focuses on empowering clients to achieve their potential through education, training, mentoring, and counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young women in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and services
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
  • Mental Health First Aid certification
  • Childcare experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
