Primary SEN Support Specialist

A highly regarded primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to support students with special educational needs. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
About the Role:
As a teaching assistant in this vibrant primary school, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with varying needs. Your expertise and passion for supporting students with SEN will be invaluable in helping them achieve their academic potential.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience working with children with special educational needs, ideally in a primary school setting. You will be confident in developing and implementing personalized learning plans, and have excellent communication skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one and group support to students with special educational needs
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans in collaboration with teachers
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure consistent support
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What We Offer:
