  • Operate the till and handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain a clean and tidy front counter
  • Check in deliveries and adhere to quality standards and procedures
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Follow security and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers
  • Maintain a high level of personal presentation in the provided uniform to meet the Subway brand and customer expectations
  • Work as a team member to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, catering to the needs of customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales, and/or customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
