Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Asset Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining records of works programmes, monitoring contract management software, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update records of works programmes on IT systems, stock condition databases, and contract management software.
  • Monitor and record details of completed works on Orchard housing management system, Stock condition database, and contract management software.
  • Review and verify work proposed programmes of work to take account of Right to Buy applications, redevelopment, demolition, and void properties.
  • Record and monitor details of guarantees and warranties properly recorded and flagged.

The successful candidate will be experienced in Excel and possess a basic DBS certificate.
