Dignified Support Assistant

The Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dignified personal care and support to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience
  • Support residents with their meal times, promoting social interaction and conversation
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary, as full training will be provided
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations
