Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Formats team as a TV Format Sales and Production Intern. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the sales and production of TV formats internationally, working closely with our global network of contacts and stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the TV industry, develop your skills in sales and production, and learn about the global TV/VOD business. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, from pitching concepts to negotiating deal terms, and overseeing the production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the sales and production of TV formats internationally, working closely with our global network of contacts and stakeholders.
  • Manage the flow of production materials and the distribution of screeners and other sales materials.
  • Assist with deal administration and stakeholder reporting.
  • Develop essential skills for working within a dynamic, fast-paced international team within a major global organization.
  • Learn about the global TV/VOD business, including content development, production, and sales.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable passion for TV entertainment and a desire to develop a career in media.
  • Ability to work autonomously to deadlines, take initiative, and keep calm under pressure.
  • Self-starter and fast learner with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to form and maintain strong working relationships with a network of contacts.
  • Foreign language skills and production know-how preferable.
