About Our Foundation Learning Assistant Role

At Cumberland, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Foundation Learning Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the early development of children in our Foundation Stage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Children's Development: Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons aligned with the EYFS framework, promoting children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Work with Children and Parents: Collaborate with individual children and parents to provide tailored support, ensuring all learners feel valued and supported.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

What We Offer:
