**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to build and lead an impactful team of sales professionals (Express Product Specialists) at Adobe. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who can drive revenue, manage key accounts, and develop strategic partnerships.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

  1. Recruiting, managing, and leading a diverse world-class team of sales account managers.
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to support sales activities across customer accounts, focusing on high-potential growth opportunities.
  3. Using analytical and selling skills to understand customer business requirements and build value propositions based on their needs.
  4. Employing data analysis and market research to create strategies that bolster the performance of your sales team.
  5. Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports with proper CRM sales process tracking.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership, strategic account management, and sales performance analysis. They will be able to work successfully in a collaborative environment, partner closely with all other sales ecosystem teams, and actively participate in customer-facing meetings.

**What We Offer**

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including stock options, health insurance, and retirement plans.
