We serve a wide selection of British and European beers as well as an extensive wine list sourced from family-run vineyards. Our menu specializes in rustic, country-style cooking. Working closely with the best farms in the UK, we receive whole carcasses of rare and native breeds and butcher our meat on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an exceptional wine list, ensuring a seamless wine experience for guests.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create wine pairing menus that complement our seasonal offerings.
  • Provide wine education and training to the front-of-house team, ensuring a high level of wine knowledge and service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wine suppliers, negotiating competitive prices and ensuring a consistent wine quality.
  • Manage wine inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest wine trends, regions, and vintages, making informed recommendations to guests and staff.
