Based in Uxbridge, we are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting monies owed, ensuring timely payments, and monitoring monies held on account.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and collect monies owed
- Ensure timely payments and monitor monies held on account
- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare statements and reconciliations
- Regularly report to the Credit Control Manager on unpaid invoices
- Match and code supplier invoices, process invoices and expenses, and reconcile supplier statements
- Check and write off balances, and assist with month-end procedures
