Salary: £35,000.00 per annum

Contract: Full-time/Part-time, 52 weeks per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist to join our team at Maxxima. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement personalized plans to improve their daily living skills and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on daily living skills and adaptive techniques
  • Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience working with adults with physical disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
