Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Occupational Therapist to join our small but expanding OT department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
2. Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
