We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of two Emergency Departments and two Acute Medicine services within the Acute Floor.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of Divisional and Trust service strategies and objectives, with a particular focus on delivering performance standards, service improvements, and efficiencies.
- Lead and deliver change and performance initiatives, analyzing complex problems and developing practical and workable solutions to address them.
- Champion diversity and inclusion, promoting a culture of equality and respect within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Masters degree level qualification in Management or Health related subject or equivalent knowledge.
