Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage order preparation: oversee the picking and packing of customer orders.
  • Coordinate deliveries through various couriers and our parts delivery service.
  • Implement and develop stock management systems.
  • Daily invoicing of customer orders.
  • Update the company website with available parts.
  • Provide customer service by answering enquiries and developing customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a similar environment with knowledge of Refuse Collection Vehicles and associated vehicles is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • A willingness to improve current systems.
  • Sound IT skills (Excel, Word & Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of inventory management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
