We are seeking a Fitness and Nutrition Coordinator to join our team at the Hilton Cambridge. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our food and beverage operations.

Job Description
  • Lead and manage the food and beverage teams to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, staff performance, and customer feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership position, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions.
