About the Company
Our client are specialists in commercial refurbishment and restoration, based in Northern Ireland. They are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to take charge of exciting new build and restoration projects throughout the region.

Job Overview
The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations from start to completion, ensuring projects run smoothly and on time. This includes supervising and coordinating subcontractors, trades and on-site staff to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments, addressing hazards and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.

Key Requirements
  • A track record of managing new build and restoration projects.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • CSCS Card and relevant Health & Safety qualifications.

Salary and Benefits
