Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead new build and restoration projects in Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction sites, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with architects and engineers, and delivering projects on time and within budget. They will also be expected to monitor project budgets, prepare progress reports, and lead restoration efforts to preserve heritage structures.

A strong leadership background, technical expertise, and organisational skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will hold a CSCS Card and relevant Health & Safety qualifications, as well as a full UK driving licence.

With a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, we offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to join our client's team and take charge of exciting new projects in the commercial refurbishment and restoration sector.
