Healthcare Practitioner Job Description

We are recruiting a highly skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse to fill a Healthcare Practitioner position in our prestigious nursing home based in the Manchester area.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality resident care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

Applicants must possess current active NMC Pin and demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering person-centered care to residents living with dementia
  • Assessing resident needs and prioritizing care tasks
  • Developing and maintaining resident care plans in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams
